I'd have to say no. I'm less a gamer than somebody who's fannish about a couple of video games. I don't have the time, money, or skill to play a ton of games-- I just get very heavily invested in the story/lore of some of them.

Actually, I'm here undercover to root out child molesters online (NBC doesn't pay me very well).

If the sarcasm intended there wasn't apparant then I should point out that I'm really a gamer, opinionated ranter and social gadfly and I too would be suprised if there was a large number of non-gamers here seeing as it does happen to be a gaming journalism site.
