I used to be a little far sighted when I was younger, but now I've got perfect vision.

Hehe, I guess. I had to start wearing them right in the middle of my school life, and I refused to wear them at first 'cause I didn't want to get bullied about them. Dx

Having said that, wearing them as a little kid is probably pretty tough too. :/ It's probably just as bad for both of us.

Are you sure it wasn't just your imagination?
Some of my childhood friends had glasses and no one got bullied in any way, nor did I.

Yes, I am, but only wear them when I am watching something with subtitles or reading things far away from me, reading and whatnot I don't use them, despite slight lack of focus.

Nope. Not according to Mirriam-Webster, anyway. Glasses [http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/glasses] and spectacles [http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/spectacles] are synonyms in this context.

It's not because I "don't look hot" with glasses, in fact, my eyes kinda pop out with them, and they're green with brown and blue. I LIKE wearing glasses. But it annoys the crap out of me that they can EVER be clean enough, and I have to ALWAYS look for them. It's convenience.

I have glasses, and have had them for about 3 years. I've only started wearing them in the last 6 months, because my dad started wearing contacts, and I am actually almost a perfect clone of my dad. This helps to differentiate us
