I'm not installing that thing.

As much as I like the ME franchise, not even ME3 can convince me otherwise. Until ME3 becomes available without Origin strings attached, I'm not getting it.

I can give a miss to any game that uses Origin, I do not want to have to ever install it again.

I never really wanted any of their PC games to begin with, so I really can't consider myself to be boycotting it.

Oh hell yes. I ain't buying anything. Not ME3 or TOR or anything like that. EA can kiss my ass. Plus, my friends will most likely get those games, so I can easily play them at their place.

Nah, I'm having way too much fun with bf3 and I haven't had any problems with Origin so far. I'll continue to use because I'll get ME 3 as well. So, I'll use it until I've played ME 3 a few times and until I'm tired of bf3, might take a while though.

No, if EA were to release a game I actually wanted I would probably buy it regardless. Not even sure what the big deal is over EA Origin. I know it sends some your computer data to EA, but I think it has been blown out of proportion
It sends ALL of your computer data to EA. It scans your system for anything it finds interesting or remotely incriminating and sends it to EA. There is NO reason it needs to either, but EA wants your information to SELL it to people. There is a clause in their EULA that says they are allowed to.
If you're all good with random people you don't know having access to information about you and what you do on your computer, fine, but most people won't fucking stand for this shit.
The whole point of that is to let us buy the bloody games. NOT what EA does.

Not using Origin, nor plan to (had a Star Wars The Old Republic beta key, but I still didn't play because of Origin), though if I really feel like playing one of their games, I'll just pirate it.

Nope. The ways I sees it, they sell their games at 60$ new just like every other person. I'm not much into origin since I'm just not a PC gamer. I will be buying TOR soon so that's the only game I will ever run on PC probably. The way I see it its just like steam.

No, I just refuse to get EA games online, and any of the remotely few I do want I'll just buy or rent for my 360. Problem solved.

Your move, Electronic Arts.

I use it if I have to, or if it has better deals.

Do I buy from it often? Nope, just look at the Steam sales, why would I go anywhere else?
My biggest problem with Origin is that it just spreads your games around multiple systems.

I haven't bought anything from EA in a very long time, but it isn't because I'm boycotting them or anything. They just haven't released any games I'm particularly interested in for a while (that and I haven't paid much attention to the AAA market as of late, due to my lacking a modern console apart from the computer).

Nope. I like playing good games. EA publishes good games, and if I need Origin to use them, I'll use Origin. I may not like it, but I won't limit myself on principle.

I thought the rich jew producer paid for equipping the place?

Anyway I was already angry with EA, Origin to me is a service as it makes it far easier to boycott them.

I won't use it if I don't have to, but I think EA is hardly any more 'evil' than all the other businesses out there. I just find it a little inconvenient.

I wouldn't call it a boycott, but I've had zero incentive to buy any of their games. I'm not a fan of Battlefield or Mass Effect, and TOR (the one EA game I'm even mildly interested in) doesn't use Origin.
