Do French-Canadians and English speaking-Canadians get along?
Only until Leafs/ Habs come up in conversation. For non-hockey folk, that's Toronto Maple Leafs and Montreal Canadiens, aka Les Habitante, aka Habs.

What is it like living in a communist regime where the Marxist national healthcare causes millions to go without being able to see a doctor, and diseased bodies and motherless infants litter the streets?

But seriously, how is the healthcare?
Better than what the worst of the worst in the US say, but worser than it was back in the day. Simply, a lot of our talent pool ( doctors, Nurses ) gets drained to the US in pursuit of more money. It's called the Canadian Brain-Drain. Our best Engineers, Doctors, Nurses, Hotties, Comedians, Bands ( except for Nickelback.. I'm really sorry about that! ) etc. all fly south for more money and lower taxes.
Anyway, due to this, our hospitals are a bit understaffed leading to some prolongued wait times for surgery, which has been known to be fatal in a small number of cases. Prenatal and early child care however is absolutely tops, they are always put on the express list with any problems, or so we hear.
Personally, I have never had to wait more than 1 hr to see a doctor when it was a major emergency ( once ) and had to wait about 4 hrs for something that was not life threatening ( twice )

What was it like when the USA hockey team beat the Canadian's 5 to 3? In Alaska we had a really big party.
First of all that was just plain mean to say to a Canadian. But to answer your question many many swears and many downed beers, it was a sad day to be Canadian

Health care. I'm training to be a doctor and I'd like to know how well funded your health system is there, I might move there.

Our health care is "well funded" but it's not privatized so don't expect to be making millions. However, generally our health care is funded by fairly high taxes and government, so you'll do better than a lot of other professions.
Yay socialist values!

Well, we have jounor kindergarten and senior, then grade 1 to 8, and its REALY hard to get held back, then in high school we have 4 corse a semsester and 2 semesters a year, for 4 years, and it up to you wheater or not you pass, there aint no hand outs here, then they give you your diploma proived you have gotten 30 cedits, 1 corse 1 credit, and then you either go onto post sceondary or go get a job

Uh...no, we're technically dead center. I men of course everyone has their own opinions, but it basically evens out.I mean, we value freedom of speech and blah blah blah, but we value common sense more, so when someone acts like an idiot, we usually shut them up. Plus you'll really only see the socialist thing in our economics. Like our health care and such. It's a good life. I mean, in America you have socialized health care for anyone over the age of 65(?), we just downed the age to...birth.

Including taxes, how expensive is it to live in Canada? And what is your governments attitude towards the business class?
Well acording to my parents, as I am only 17, and from what charts we have, our Comerial Tax is about 13% on ever $1 we spend, Corprate Tax, is also higher than USA or Mexico, but is trumped by European COuntries.

Ohh I can answer that

Eastern/central Canada accrding to Western Canada since that where we think all the money goes
Western Canada accoring to Eastern/Central Canada since thats were all the guns, rednecks and evil businesses are.

But its actually the coasts. West Coast has the super serium and connections, and East Coasters can survive just about anything, and just a little to quiet and nice.....

Or maybe its a nice little town way up north called Alert Bay...
