Poll: Avatar 3D?

I regretted seeing it in 3d, I felt that it detracted from the pretty landscape shots. The story was unoriginal and while it wasn't particularly bad, it wasn't especially good. The 3d did look brilliant in parts, but on the whole I feel that I could've better appreciated the CGI in HD without the backdrops being strangely out of focus.

As a couple people have said. I dislike 3D. It feels gimmickey, it is usually just a bunch of stupid shit thrown at you, it gives a lot of people headaches and in short it is just not worth the extra drive and money.
A good movie is a good movie, a bad one still bad. 3D does not magically make everything better.
I would not bother.

In all honesty, the 3D is the only depth Avatar has.

It's distracting as hell, sure, but without it I would've fallen a sleep.

I can only really echo others recommendations, I saw it in 3D last night and it was outstanding. Worth every penny.
