Batman doesn't get to upgrade his suit. It wouldn't be Batman vs Iron Man if he did.

I liked what he did in the "Kingdom Come" series. He was sort of "Iron-Batman". But for purposes of this thread (and I love vs. threads) I'm thinking the movie Ironman vs. the Dark Knight version of Batman.

1) Depends on who is writing it. You could come up with a story line where either or wins.
2) In terms of simple power, a big part of Batman's appeal is that he is not super powerful. Ironman is one of the heaviest hitters in the Marvel universe. Of course he'd kill him.

If you have ever seen Batman Gotham Knight he towers over all the other characters in height and at one point he walks through a raging fire like its nothing.

Batman has defeated Superman, and pretty much the entire justice league at one point or another, not to mention his many enemies. Yeah some dude in a suit would be no match against his Crazy Prepared [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/CrazyPrepared] power.

Edit: Lets look at it this way. Iron man was beaten to a pulp by Captain America in the end of the Civil War. He was done, suit dead, about to be killed by the Cap. All Captain A is is more or less just an enhanced human. So no Iron Man isn't as tough in a straight up brawl as people make him out to be, not that Batman would fight him like that, but just saying. If Captain A can punch him and BREAK OFF PIECES OF HIS SUIT, then no Iron Man CAN NOT stand up to much punishment, at least not from other super heroes. I'd imagine Batman would have analyzed every aspect of his suit beforehand and already come up with several ways of defeating it before he ever steps into the ring.

Edit 2: I fully expect Iron Man to win the poll, because of the movies and the fact that most people don't follow comics anymore or at all.

You sir are awesome for posting that! haha. But yeah if Batman were totally unprepared for the fight then he would not fair well. He'd most likely just run away.

As a rule in any fight with batman always loses in the first round. Then in the second and third round Batman comes back and beats the hell out of the opponent which in this case if Iron Man.

When someone fires missiles, energy blasts and armour piercing rounds at you, It is not very likely that there will even be a second round. Iron man would beat every-one minus superman. Unless he had some kryptonite rounds in which case. Ow.

Can Batman hack into Iron Man's suit and disable it? Batman's stealth probably wouldn't work since Iron Man mostly likely has thermal vision (never read comics, but a guess); I don't think Batman can stand a missile or almost any of Iron Man's attacks, but...he's Batman nonetheless.

I think Spoony should make a Deadliest Character video about this...

I have this toy of Batman in a shining silver armour. Is this a fake Batman?
If not, what version of Batman is it and would he stand a chance against Iron Man?
EDIT: He also has a shield. Like a knight. (Probably had a sword too but I must have lost that part.)
