And no, we aren't limited to the Texan or the New Yorker ones either.

Anyway, I have a fondness for British accents.
Must be my English roots.

On Guys, Irish hands down. Although I completely straight Australian accents on women are pretty awesome.

I'm torn, I think a male Australian accent is cool, but, a female British accent is hot.

Also, which American accent are you referring to? We have a couple. Or, do you just mean all of them in general?

I find the French one most attractive. Though there are many accents within that accent. Though accents are normalizing more and more in the US. I live in South Carolina and rarely even hear a southern accent anymore. Though this is more true in Charleston than in the small town I grew up in.

I think its different based on Genders.

For Women, Australian. Women with Australian accents, ridiculously hot.

For Men, Russian.

Yes well, that is the New Zealand accent.

I live in Australia, we get a lot of New Zealanders coming over here, so a few of my friends are from New Zealand. The hilarity goes way beyond Flight of the Conchords. they're pretty damn tame as far as the accent goes actually.

Except maybe Texan, but then, I'm prejudiced to a true Texan accent. :3 And I'm not talking about all those cheap imitations that try to emulate the majesty that is the Texan accent, and fail even more miserably then folks trying to speak Australian, (or heaven forbid, those that can't tell the difference between Irish and Scottish). Country Texan. That's the stuff.

As an American, I've got to say I find British accents very pleasing. Everything just sounds better. Hot chicks sound hotter, cusses are funnier, and everyone just sounds smarter. Even the really thick people with british accents sound smarter than they should.

Australian accents come in a close second, however.
