Poll: Best Bioshock Weapon

So I started playing Bioshock again due to the sheer disapointment brought on by the sequel and I noticed nobody had done this before. I think Bioshocks best weapon is the Wrench. It requires quite a lot of tonics to reach its full potential but once you get those tonics there's nothing it can't do. It can kill hard, fast and silentily, freeze enemies, restore health and eve and with a few more tonics you can turn invisible when standing still and send out an electric shot whenever you are hit by an enemy. What's your favourite.

It was hard to choose between the pistol and the shotgun..but in the end i went with the shotgun especially when it's fully upgraded. Damn can that do some damage

I miss the crossbow, it's much better then the speargun...

Crossbow for sniping splicers. Very fun. It also had the electric tripwire ammo that was one of the easiest way to take down Big Daddies, I found.

Definitely the crossbow. This kind of preference carried over to Bioshock 2 and now my favorite campaign weapon is the harpoon gun, and my favorite multiplayer weapon is (guess what?) the crossbow.

The shotgun. I am not the sneakiest person in Rapture, so the wrench never worked out well for me.

And this made me laugh. I kind of love the bee hand. It never worked for me, but every now and then I had to try it again.

My favorite game weapon ever, it's so damn cool looking (Especially with all the upgrades) and has that satisfying 'Crack' when you fire it, followed by that beautiful stream of strange-looking smoke. So awesome.

Wrench. I've only played Bioshock 1, but there were stacks of upgrads that basically made the Wrench god-like. I hear the other weapons became ridiculous too, but being able to beat down an Elite Bouncer in 2 seconds with a wrench was really something.

I am, apparently, the one person in the world who thought BioShock 2 was far better then the original. Then again, I didn't like the original, so take from that what you will.

OT: The wrench, that thing is an unstoppable force of nature, especially because it's pretty much the only weapon with any kind of reliable accuracy.

It was still fun as hell to unleash Insect Swarm 3 on Atlas xD I took him down with it, the wrench, and a couple shotgun blasts on my second runthrough.
