No More Heroes

It's the perfect satire of Western Civilization and society as a whole. The protagonist, Travis Touchdown, is the poster child of adolescents - He's rude, offensive, brash, arrogant, and incredibly horny.

He's a flawed individual with a personality to match each and everyone of us.
[sub]And it's got a sequel on the way. It counts![/sub]

Grand Theft Auto. The gameplay was great, but that wasn't it. Everything around the series, the freedom, the controversy, the innovation, everything about it makes the game series the best.

This.

It's pretty close between GTA and the Unreal series though.

Im gonna go ahead and say Mass Effect.

Sure the game had its flaws and crappy framerate at points but there has never been another game (bar Oblivion) that has truly made me believe in the whole setting. The game is just all sorts of awesome.
But Mass Effect is only one game and no series! You're breaking the rules! D:
Nope, because they have released parts of the Mass Effect 2 story THEREFORE IT IS NOW OFFICIALLY A SERIES:D, and I will agree with Mass Effect as the best series.

Final Fantasy, although the last decent one was X-2.
11, 12 and 13 were..Atrocious? Horrific? God-awful? Maybe, sickening? I like sickening, let's go with that.

Command and Conquer by far.

All that lulz, all that history, the characters, the story, the background, the spin offs and alternate universes? How can that NOT be the best

For me it's fairly obviously still going to be Halo, there's just a lot of depth and expansion of the story and gameplay wise it's a fun playable little packet.
I shouldn't even really have to explain my position though, given how much Halo love I've been dishing out since I got here.
