I would go with structual implants to strengthen my bones and muscle upgrades to increase my strength and speed. Oh, and visual augments that allows me a kind of hud display.

Probably start off with one eye then proceed to attachments to one of my arms or something and maybe some neural accelerators. But never anything that's vital to my functioning or anything that would cripple me if it went out. The last thing I need is for some anti-bionic extremist group to blow an EMP and cripple non-redundant systems.

Counter question: Where the hell do I sign up?!
FUCKYES! Bionic-anything for me; eyes, extremities, organs, whatever! Just no larynx, I kinda like sounding human...

Cybernetic eyes with zoom, infered, night-vision. My real eyes suck and would jump on a new set.

That stuff is voodoo for now. Sure, it's possible now, but there's usually not much benefit... just big cost at small gain. Which works well just for those who lost parts.

Biggest drawback? I ain't signing for digital devices. One spit and they go boom. Maintenance problems that organics don't have.

Replace the brain and you'd be gone. Even if you put your memories into a robo brain it still wouldn't be your consciousness, it would just be a copy. And when you get rid of the old brain then you would be gone.

I've always envisioned a bionic/cybernetic hand for cooking. With a thermo, measuring devices, olive/veggie oil dispenser.... (I used to cook for a living)

i wouldn't get rid of my brain, coz i know it wouldn't be me... so i would find ways to make sure it doesn't die lol

No, only If I was In a very bad state, a car accident, or maybe a disease like Parkensins. Otherwise I would be happy as a fleshbag, wouldn't want my functions relying on anything more than my own will.

Bionic eyes, brain implant, organs, maybe even limbs...

Would definitely go for bionic implants.

A bionic right arm. For the sole reason that if anyone decided to pick a fight, I'd punch down a brick wall or something. I'm sure they wouldn't want their heads/chests to explode.

Bionic eyes or teeth.

What? Would be nice to save some money on the dentist. And knives.

I would definitely have ear implants, wouldn't really consider anything else unless the technology was incredibly advanced. No bionic eyes, though, I like my eyes.
