Poll: Bioshock costume

I'm planning on dressing up as Jack from Bioshock this Halloween, and I'm trying to get my costume finished ahead of time. I have pretty much everything I need, except a plasmid...

I would probably use Telekinesis/ Cyclone Trap/ Target Dummy as a last choice personally because they have no physical manifestation, which is kind of lame. I'm leaning towards Insect swarm, but have no idea how to make that on my arm.

I would also appreciate any pointers/ideas as to how to make a certain plasmid.

With that I ask all you Escapists your opinion on which plasmid I should use.

Just get a hold of some Queen pheromones and dot some on your arm, just try to move around at a steady speed while avoiding sudden jerking movements. And you can throw them at your enemies if in danger and run...
