I found a couple recipes for the stuff, I would just need a good skin-safe base and some glow powder. They may have some at the costume store near my house though.Angus565 said:I honestly have no idea. Maybe you could find some at a costume store?Brnin8 said:No, but it glows with the press of a button on the top. How expensive is glow in the dark paint?Angus565 said:Electo-bolt all the way!
You could find blue glow in the dark paint and trace your veins.
Can you fill the Eve syringe with liquid? Because that would be very cool.
I wish I could be more helpful.

Are you going to be going with a weapon and electro-bolt or just electro-bolt? If you are bringing a weapon, which one? I got me a wrench!ClassicJokester said:Ahoy-hoy!Brnin8 said:I found a couple recipes for the stuff, I would just need a good skin-safe base and some glow powder. I'm going as Jack this year as well, and I'm actually about to go to a couple of stores in an hour or so to peruse their collections of phosphorescent blue body paint! If all goes according to plan, and I find some that works well, I'll be sure to stop by and let you know.
Also, this is where I was looking online before I found some local stores: Cosplay Supplies [http://www.cosplaysupplies.com/store.php?s=SB5N]
Hope this helps!
I think I'll be making a wrench out of wood, and I'm bringing my trusty EVE Hypo in case I shock too many people with my awesome costume (Oh, the wit!).Brnin8 said:Are you going to be going with a weapon and electro-bolt or just electro-bolt? Will you be near blacklights? If you are you will have a great one-two-punch! The wittiness hurts...ClassicJokester said:I think I'll be making a wrench out of wood, and I'm bringing my trusty EVE Hypo in case I shock too many people with my awesome costume (Oh, the wit!).Brnin8 said:Are you going to be going with a weapon and electro-bolt or just electro-bolt? Anyway, I got two kinds of blue paint: Kryolan Aquacolor B1 and 510, light and dark, respectively. They also had a clear paint that glows blue under blacklight, so I'm thinking about getting that.
I'm going as a spider splicerBrnin8 said:I'm planning on dressing up as Jack from Bioshock this Halloween, and I'm trying to get my costume finished ahead of time. I have pretty much everything I need, except a plasmid...
I would probably use Telekinesis/ Cyclone Trap/ Target Dummy as a last choice personally because they have no physical manifestation, which is kind of lame. I'm leaning towards Insect swarm, but have no idea how to make that on my arm.
I would also appreciate any pointers/ideas as to how to make a certain plasmid.
With that I ask all you Escapists your opinion on which plasmid I should use.
There are a couple of security pictures you can see him in. Hes not all that hard to pull off really, just need a white sweater, some dress pants, a weapon, a plasmid, and some chain tattoos on your wrists.Jroo wuz heer said:I'm going as a spider splicerBrnin8 said:I'm planning on dressing up as Jack from Bioshock this Halloween, and I'm trying to get my costume finished ahead of time. interesting choice with the invisible, silent protagonist there
ice- easiest to pull off and still pretty cool (ba-dum tish)
Yeah there should be blacklights at the party I'll be at, which will make it look awesome. Unfortunately, it might be a lame party, because from what I hear so far, there will be no girls, only man (Oh god, make it stop)Brnin8 said:Will you be near blacklights? Okay I've tested the makeup I got, and it went well for my first attempt. It's not as glowy as I would like, but it applied well, and is bright enough without glow in the dark shenanigans.Brnin8 said:Are you going to be going with a weapon and electro-bolt or just electro-bolt?
