I'm not gonna lie, it looks really cool. The black parts look like carbon fiber. But either way I'm not going to get it. I would rather waste the $70 on a game or something else.

If you look closely, the red parts look like a tri-bladed fan and the "dots" look more like holes. Perhaps this controller serves to keep your hands from getting all sweaty when you're bagging noobs and what not?

If I really though that having a coloured controller was worth a bit of extra money, and if I lived in America, I wouldn't buy that garish looking thing, it's hideous.

I'd buy a new controller from that ColorWare [http://www.colorwarepc.com/p-104-xbox360-controller.aspx] place which was reported in the News Room a couple of weeks ago.

It may be a little bit more expensive, but at least you have about 35 different solid or metallic paints to choose from, plus you can get your old controllers painted for $30.

Not that I actually do care about the colour of my controller, but if I did, I'd get a metallic Mystique coloured one, or possible Prowler, but certainly not that horrible black and red travesty.

$70 for a cheap paint job? No hardware upgrades at all? All you're paying the extra money for is some paint? Go fuck yourselves, Microsoft.

This. I'm not a Microsoft hater like many seem to be, but I'm sure as hell not paying an extra $20 just for different colours. Well, not those colours in any case, something that wasn't ugly and I might consider it.

I'm sure as hell not paying over 20 bucks for something that I could probally wait a week and find at my local goodwill for 6 bucks XD

First thoughts when I saw that controller: "Oh, that's ugly."

That isn't worth $70. If It was all black and only the buttons/analogue sticks were red, then it might be worth it, but right now it looks like someone spilled red paint all over it.
