i've added red-heads and no preference...

Definitely brunettes. Blonde just has too many conformist connotations to it for me.

That said, I also prefer brunettes. Although some blondes I know are damned hot.

If i had to choose between blondes and brunettes i would have have to go for blondes.
Even though they are stereotypically idiots i would still prefer to see long golden curls than shiny copper locks.

Slightly puzzled though about people making judgements on the personality of the girl based on her hair colour.

I do not have enough women all over me to make tough decisions such as this. In my experience there is no real difference in their personality, if they are stuck up or stupid, usually it has nothing to do with their hair, but what lies underneath.

Either one is fine, unless they dyed their hair, that is a turn off. A week later you can see the roots.
