I like a woman to have nice hair, (i.e. taken care of) because that usually means she cares about her appearance and hygine. While hair color is by no means determinite of the girl I'll pick, I prefer dark hair of any shade, from a dark gold color, to a rust red, all the way down to pitch black. (Which is my favorite...)

I find black hair and brown skin to be the best combination but I chose brunette because I've dated more brunettes than any other.
