Hell no! As long as you don't cut yourself or anything to get at it. I mean, blood has salt in it, along with iron, which are both found in many foods (and I'm sure there's other stuff in there too), which are all recognised as "tasty" by the taste-buds.
There's nothing wrong with enjoying the taste; the human body has been trained to find that kind of taste acceptable. If you didn't like that taste, you'd be forced to become a vegetarian.
Short answer: if you like meat, and you're not trying to harm yourself, it's OK.
