Porcupine Tree

I want to take you to dinner, and suck your dick under the table. I love Porcupine Tree.
That would be an expensive dinner for one of us since I live in Japan. BTW, are you aware of Steven Wilson's solo projects he's been doing since PT's hiatus?
I'll look it up.

Therefor I choose Muse!
Isn't that just a Radiohead covers band?
Hah! That's an interesting comparison. After listening to both extensively in the past, they have, admittidly, a couple of tracks where their voices could be confused. But they seem too different to me now for any comparison. Radiohead has certainly gone an experimental, artistic route whereas Muse seem to be touring all the music genres they can, as it's what they do, apparently.

Here are a few samples from some of his different projects:

Those are from the albums Insurgentes, Grace for Drowning, The Raven that Refused to Sing and Hand Cannot Erase respectively.

Was The raven that refused to sing, and other stories after or before PT? It was a meloncholy, thoughtful experience that introduced me to Wilson.

Edit: Ah I notice the answer was ninja'd before my question, psychic one.

After. Porcupine Tree's last album came out in 2009. Wilson has come out with three solo albums since then, of which Raven is the second. Of course there is plenty of melancholy in Porcupine Tree's music, especially in his 90s era stuff. You might also want to check out Storm Corrosion, a collaborative work between Steven Wilson and Michael Åkerfeldt(the guy behind Opeth). Here's a couple of samples of that:

Holy swedeballs! Michael has some enticing genius within. I got to check these musics out properly when I get home. Cheers for the recommendations!
