The world is randomly created for every game, so no two people have the same game. It runs on the Unreal engine. All your weapons and vehicles are fully customizable. Just some things I'm excited about.
I dont get why this randomness is something to be sought after - would you really prefer a random environment to one expertly crafted by designers? Also the unreal engine has been used all over the place for ages, some games good, some not, so i cant understand that either. The weapons and cars thing basically goes with the first rebuttal.. though i do admit customisation is fun and all its still nothing particularly new or amazing.

The randomness is just a plus. If you bought ice cream every day, and every day you would get the same topping, it would get boring. If I play a quest once in a TES game I've committed it to memory. But if I want to do the quest again on a different profile, I won't have the same amount of fun, I already know how to beat it. With randomization, next time I want to redo the quest with a different character, it'll be different than before. It's a way to get more replayability. But yeah.
