Alright, the story so far....
The other night I happen to be over at my cousins house with him and his roommates. We ended up staying up until 2 o'clock in the morning playing modern warfare 2. We had a great time and it was a game that everyone enjoyed. The next morning, my cousin asked if he could burrow the game but I had to decline since I still play it often. I wondered why he hadn't bought it himself since him and his roommates enjoyed it so much, so I asked him why he hadn't already purchased it for himself. He told me that he was boycotting Activision and that he didn't want to buy the game if it was supporting them. It struck me as a bit odd since he enjoyed the game so much. I could understand boycotting bad video games but a whole company? I realize that some companies have a reputation for making bad games but would you refuse to buy a game from them if they did make a good game? I mean, video games are suppose to be for entertainment purposes, right? Is he thinking too hard about this or am I not thinking enough?
