Very well. I concede: some people can survive survive cyanide poisoning, due to the reality warping effects of the writer.crudus said:I say that counts 100%. You are using the same argument as Dr.Odd hereThreeWords said:Granted, but he doesn't count, both because he has alien and therefore unpredictable bio-chemistry, and because he's a title character in a kiddies TV show, and therefore immune to deathcrudus said:The Doctor can, and has.ThreeWords said:I don't care how awesome you skeleton is, or your cell regeneration, the horrible truth about cyanide is it simply reacts with your enzymes, and you just stop working. Simply chemistry, and no one's immune
This could be applied to any character (not that I tried to quote mine). The Doctor is popular and thus wont die no matter how much cannon gets blown out of the water. The writing is good like in the majority of the Marvel Comics. Logan could survive cyanide if the writer wanted him to and if it would sell better than if he died from it. Plus he might have a different enzyme that isn't affected by cyanide.Dr. Odd said:To be honest, it depends on the writer. ...Really, he's powers of regeneration and strength are entirely dependent on his current popularity. The stronger his selling power is the stronger he is.
and to refute the first part of your argument:
ThreeWords said:Or you could just be mean and poison him. ... Simply chemistry, and no ones immune
However, I doubt Wolverine is immune to Dr Manhattan style disintegration or being chucked into space
