Deadpool (and Cable) were actually melted into a pile of goo and survived that!Abedeus said:Magic.Cheesebob said:Hang on, unless Deadpool has some kind of Telekinesis which hasn't been mentioned anywhere, how the hell can he control his body to do anything when it isn't attached to his head?Abedeus said:It gets him as closed to killing as pulling his arms behind his back and tying up.Cheesebob said:I never said it kills Deadpool, but it is probs the closes you can get to actually killing himAbedeus said:Sorry, my friend. Deadpool can't be killed. Literally. Death cursed him with the power of immortality - in every way. He regenerates faster when he gets more damage - that's why Squirrel Girl defeated him, because she was scratching him - not much of a wound. But in a long battle with everyone slashing him, chopping and so on... Someone called him even "The Energizer Bunny".Cheesebob said:Decapitation.
If it can stop Deadpool, it will stop Wolverine
Oh, and he has already lost a hand, head or other parts of the body. Unless someone throws him into a meat grinder, incinerate the ashes and throw them one by one, no closer than a milimeter next to each other... He can't be killed.
About the lack of oxygen - I think he would suffer the same pain as the Immortal Man from Heroes (how was that British samurai called? I forgot) - he couldn't die, but he was constantly suffocating to death. That's worse than death.
I think it would do much than if someone decapitated him - I mean, he still sees his body when his head is cut off. I would just run in circles until I could finally see the headless zombie-body. Then I just pick up the head, put on the neck and wait 5 seconds till it reattaches itself.
Unless there are nerves attached, he is basically dead
More preciesly, black magic. In theory, Death's curse made him immortal. He can't die even if he is decapitated, so his head is still alive. And if it is alive... it can see.
You moron, brain cells don't replicate themselves! The whole point about Wolverines' healing factor is that it increases the cell replication speed, and as I said before brain cells do not replicate themselves, that is common knowledge.gof22 said:But he could regenerate his brain though. He would have be destroyed like how Doctor Manhattan killed Rorschach.Trivun said:Hoxton said:That's where his extra-strong-bullet-stopping adamantium sceleton comes in i presumeTrivun said:Anyone can be killed. Except Doctor Manhattan, but he's pretty much a god so that doesn't count. But yes, Wolverine can be killed. Not even his fast healing ability will save him from a sniper shot to the head...He's still only human. A mutated human who can heal quickly and has an adamantium skeleton, true, but still human. Hence if he's reduced to nothing but skeleton then he will die. Nothing you say can change that. As for the skeleton itself, just because it's been bonded with adamantium doesn't mean it's unbreakable. Here's a quote for you:HT_Black said:NO, NO, NO with a capital N (and O). His bones are unbreakable, his organs replaceable-- and if I'm not mistaken, once he and Sabertooth were locked in combat so long that he was reduced to a charred, stained, adamantium skeleton-- and he was STILL beating the crap out of that guy.
NO.
See? I've managed to shoot down both arguments there. Plus, did any of you know that in a human head there's a bit at the back of the head where there's no skull protection? Feel the back of your head and you'll notice it. I know because I used that same fact in a screenplay I wrote a while ago. Anyway, a sword or knife through the brain using that entry point, and all the adamantium in the world won't save Wolverine from a painful death. While often referred to as indestructible or unbreakable, it is possible for it to be destroyed through very specific circumstances. True adamantium can be destroyed through very precise molecular rearrangement, such as being altered by Thanos while wearing the Infinity Gauntlet.[3] True adamantium's molecular structure can also be altered by Antarctic vibranium, also known as anti-metal, as it has the capability to liquify all known metallic substances, including adamantium.
So there. I win.
pretty sure he takes a bullet to the brain in one of the moviesTrivun said:Anyone can be killed. Except Doctor Manhattan, but he's pretty much a god so that doesn't count. But yes, Wolverine can be killed. Not even his fast healing ability will save him from a sniper shot to the head...
Nope he'll live through that,it will only take him about a few hours if it were some serious shotTrivun said:Anyone can be killed. Actually, in one of the continuities, he has a nuke dropped on him, and he survives it. A nuke. Apparently, Adamantium is so dense it can survive Nuclear warheads. Atomic weaponry will not destory it, so he can heal (I've seen that part of the comic, he goes from a metal skeleton, to fully healed. Yes, his healing has adapted to Adamantium, and that is enough to keep him alive). Also, apparantly, in one of them (maybe the same continuity), every time he almost dies, he goes into the realm of death, fights this being to a draw, and then wakes up healed.UNKNOWNINCOGNITO said:the only way wolverine can be killed is by distagrating him, leave no organic part of him
so he wouldn't be able to survive a atom bomb.
but hey he's still a badass regardless if he dies or not
