Poll: Can you cook?

Yeah, I can safely say I'm a pretty good cook. Learned a whole boatload of great recipes from my dad... I'm particularly skilled in the preparation of game, especially venison and moose.

I love cooking but I don't like following recipes, so most things I make are a one off, unless it's something like spag bol.
I prefer baking though, much more fun.

I can do a few things well, but I rarely cook. I'm good with spaghetti bolognese, fried breakfasts and sandwiches.

I fucking destroy when it comes to making sandwiches.

actually me and my twin sister have both done that on seperate occasions...We like Warm cereal..Sue us why dont'cha?!.


This continued until my mother demanded we just warm the milk, but dammit! its not the same!

Haha, that's exactly what my sister is. She put it on the stove and just forgot about it..
Her terrible cooking is all down to her forgetfulness.

Edit: Okay, I probably shouldn't do just a one liner.

I can cook to a recipe and I can cook ready-made stuff, but I usually have a hard time doing a complicated recipe or adapting a recipe. I've also been made fun of for some of my cooking (curry), which led to me making fun of my dad back (I refer to his rice as mash, because the length of time it's soaked in water makes it look like mashed potatoes in a rice form).

Well okay she left the pan on the stove for a couple of days and long after the water all boiled out the pan actually started to melt and sink onto the burner. I had to toss the burner with the pan, couldn't get them apart.

Ours is down to its just a really bad idea to put cereal bowls in a stove, were both banned from touching it, im not even allowed to look at it unless it burts into flames.

I never, ever want to be able to cook spaghetti bolognese. I utterly despise the stuff.
