I only know WAW and judging by that I would say Killzone 2, since it can't be worse than WAW. After modern warfare it was quite a disappointment for me.

I'd go for Killzone 2, if only to punish the developers for making yet ANOTHER WWII game, even though they had it done right with the prequel...

save your 60 bucks, buy a large knife, and impale your foot to the floor. you've just experienced playing either game.
You shouldn't hit yourself repeatedly with the controller while you play games you know.
You don't have to, they both do that for you. Saves a lot of time and effort in my opinion.

Get CoD4. Multiplayer is frustrating because of 'nades, but every multiplay has its quirks, and this is CoD4's only down.
Have you even played those games? I don't think so.

Get COD:WAW if you like Grenade spamming homing bullety goodness, but if you want to play a game get KZ2 hell I'd prefer the KZ2 demo to COD:WAW
Oh, I didn't know we were being childish dickholes today.
Give me a minute to dust off some old PS3 jokes and I'll be right with you.
Play COD:WAW on veteran and tell me they don't constantly spam grenades at you.
Ok yeah he has a point with the grenade thing dude. Even on regular they throw grenades at least 3x as often.

If I could afford a PS3 right now, I'd be playing both games. Now, I do like COD4 a whole lot more than COD WaW partly because I'm getting tired of all these F***ing WW2 so as soon as Modern Warfare 2 comes out this year you'll never see me on WaW ever again. But, the one thing that caught my attention in Killzone 2 multiplayer was the "Predator cloak" ability for the sniper and I would kill for a PS3 to try that S*** out myself.

Sorry mac, played both. I like KZ2, but of the three, CoD4 still stands tallest.

Having now played BOTH games, I'd say my vote goes for Killzone 2. CoD 5 is a worthy games, yes but it's a game we've all played before even on the PS3. Killzone 2 offers a somewhat different experience.

That said, having played Killzone 2 all I can think is "Why can't I play this with a 360 controller". Seriously - my only qualm with the game is the controller, but perhaps with a bit more time spent on my new PS3 I might not despise games simply because of the controller's design.
