Been living on beans on toast for the past 18 months. Them and microwave lasagne's.

My spaghetti bol. is legend but I'm guessing the skills will have slipped somewhat as it has been so long since I cooked it.

Home taught though, mummy dearest and all that.

I've got to say I'm one hell of a cook. Give me a stove and an Oven that actually works, as in heats to the temp you set it on, and I can make awesome meals. I'm really good with steaks and Pies. And I'm not to shabby with a grill either. How would you like your steak? Rare, Medium Rare, or well done?
Steak and Pies are my Favorites (and Roasts)! Rare please, keep the flavour in.
@Gitsnik, try adding Marmite to your beans on toast for that extra kick.

You better make sure the bowl is metal...

Anyways, I myself am an alright cook. Though I mostly survive of packet and pot noodles, I can cook my own tacos, tortillas, sandwiches, and pretty much just some other miscellaneous items. Pretty mush everyone in my family loves my grilled cheese samichs...

I can make pretty much anything you want tbh. I have to look at a recipe the first time, but after that I'm usually good to go and can make alterations to make it better or more of the way I like it. Also, if I go into a restaurant and like something, I can usually pick out what is in it and duplicate it.

Now I'm hungry...time to go cook!

I'm pretty good, I always kinda wanted to be a chef when I got to this point in my life so I've taken some classes, read a lot and watched a lot of cooking shows. Though I realized I could never handle the kind of cooking environment that comes with being a chef. I'd rather just cook professional type meals at my own pace for the people I love. I know if I'd actually gone into that profession I'd have come to hate it.

Can cook, won't cook! If I have to I will but I find it too time consuming. I have the attention span of a gold fish so by the time my mind wanders back to what I'm cooking I need to start again :/

I say i'm pretty good, but I always feel kinda crappy whenever anyone mentions an omelette. I have no idea how to make one, seeing as I don't like eggs. That makes knowledge like this pointless, but that doesn't stop people looking at you like you're an idiot when you tell them you have no idea how omelettes work.

I can only do basic stuff, like tomato soup, oatmeal, and rice. I have yet to learn the secrets of scrambled eggs and bacon. Well that's not entirely true. I've learned several times, but I just keep forgetting.

I was the head line cook of a gourmet restaurant a long, long time ago in Lake Tahoe. Kinda miss it sometimes, particularly given my current career choice.

I'm pretty good. I cook almost anything, but my style is homemade with a spin that probably makes arteries cry. BUT I think I'm pretty good and I enjoy even my own meals. My boyfriend doesn't complain. Then again, he can't cook, and knows I'd make him cook his own if he did complain.

If your definition of cooking is loose enough to include Toast, Kraft Dinner and add-water-and-some-other-stuff-to-make Brownies then yes, I can cook.

I can cook, although I doubted I could until the last year or two and the Internet has been a great help! Websites like recipezaar.com have helped me be brave and try new things. I am still quite surprised each night when I make something delicious!

I made an omelette once, it was a monster omelette, and it was delicious. I can't cook at all.
