1v1v1: Voldemort. Let's be honest. Killing spell + Immortality = Seriously.

Army vs. Army: Sauron. Because the Storm Troopers got beat by an army of stuffed animals, and because Voldemort's army got shut down by a school full of kids and barely-adults. The orcs are the only ones I take seriously. Why? Because they didn't get beat by an army of pussies. No. It took a legit alliance of the Human, Elvish, and Dwarven armies to stand up against the orcs, and, even then, they were on the ropes until the ring was destroyed. Okay? Okay.

If Voldermort was in full form with 0 horocruxs destroyed he would win since he's invincible but since that's kinda cheating then he would probably get his arse kicked.
I don't know what sauron can do I'm actually in the process of watching the 1st lord of the rings (don't yell at me I don't know why I still haven't got around to watching the trilogy).
But from what I know about star wars I think Vader would win.

*Just saying guy it's a 1V1V1 situation not armies....if it were armies i think Voldermort would win (thousands of people casting avada kedavra would stop any ammount of swords/guns)

*Also working on the basis that it's only from what's in the movies basically none of

Magic (4 unforgivable curses is all he's ever really gonna use)
Any magic used in the movies is what he can use.
(not sure if Voldermort has mind control I know he can get into Harry's head but it's Harry so yeah....)

Swordsman stuff
Mind control
Without the ring he doesn't have much power

I'm not sure who would win but I don't think it would be Sauron; no ring no awesome power
same goes for voldermort no horocruxs no power.
Voldermort still can cast avada kerdavra and kill either vader or sauron.
I know Voldermort will definetely not die first... who would win I have no clue :S

Vader because he can Force Pull Sauron's ring or Voldemort's Wand and then destroy them or do whatever he wants with them.

Although to be honest I think Darth Revan could take all of them especially in a war of armies because he has the Star Forge.

Voldemort's got an instant-death spell that I don't see either Vader or Sauron being able to stop, or any of their henchmen... so my vote's for the wizard.

ON THE OTHER HAND... Vader DOES have the Death Star, which can destroy whole planets in a matter of seconds... Alright, IF Vader's allowed the Death Star, there's really no stopping him, otherwise, it's all Voldemort- sorry, Sauron.

Well maybe if the stormtroopers aimed at the sun they would probably hit the other guys, the other times they may just end up killing Vader and their loved ones accidentally.

Also Vader needs to have weapons because that would be like Voldemort without a wand, or Sauron without his ring.

Well yeah, in mine I gave Vader his lightsaber since he always has that and just that, in the same way Voldemort got his wand because he always has that and just that. Also maybe Nagini since he's always there too but that's beside the point.

Voldemort failed to kill a child...twice. Honestly, he's the most incompetent main villain I've ever seen and he tends to gloat to the point of losing because of it. You know what "the power of love" doesn't stop? A knife, a gun, a fireaxe, or a sack of enraged gophers.

My money is on Sauron, especially if he is in possession of the ring.

If we're being technical, Sauron and Vader aren't at the same level as Voldy seeing as they're both lieutenants. Now Palpatine Voldy Morgoth, theres a fight for the books. In any case, Sauron wins. Vader doesn't really seem like he'd stand a chance against the other two: I mean really what's an energy sword and some telekinesis against world ending magic.

But really, Mairon and Tom Riddle are basically equal. Both have large amounts of power and are semi-invincible and immortal at the peak of their power.... so they tie.

They can just wait for Anakin to grow old and die.

As for the battle between the two semi-deities, I think Mairon would win as he could disarm Tom while Tom couldn't even kill a baby.

Coming from a super Star Wars nerd, I have to say that in a straight up, all out fight, Sauron would win. He is literally a God, or at least one of the three most powerful beings left in Middle Earth. He served as the leading general under the ultimate evil and he wields magic that puts everything else to shame. This is assuming, of course, that Sauron is at his full strength. If not, then it's really a toss up.

Vader has the Force.
Voldermort has dark magic.
Sauron is a dark god with all that implies.

I'm pretty sure the world would break if those three fought each other.

it all depends.
in a 1-on-1 fist fight, no weapons or magic (includes force), Sauron wins.
in a fight where weapons and magic are allowed... it all depends. if Voldemort has all (or even one) of his horcruxes intact and hidden, then he automatically wins. if he doesn't... it all depends if force powers can counter a killing curse... god I'm alone...

Now that i think about it I supppose a good question is whether were talking pre or post forging-of-the-ring Sauron. He tied up a lot of his power making that thing so that he could control the minds of the leaders of the world, losing a lot of his personal magic in the process. Post ring Sauron i think would loose to Voldemort, but pre-ring he'd crush him. Darth Vader only wins if he's allowed the death star, in personal combat he'd get owned.

Vader would win because he can use the force and has a lightsaber. Sauron can be killed simply by cutting his finger off and Voldemort is killed by a teenage boy with sight problems.
