Depends on the cat for example my mom has 3 I hate one of them because it never gets out your face but i love the other 2

I love cats. Grew up with cats and I'll probably grow old with cats. I do not own a cat at this time however; ever since I moved out of my parents' place a few years back I've just been too busy to properly take care of one and give it the attention it deserves.

I actually ran over a cat about a week ago. I was absolutely distraught. I've never run anything over before, not a rabbit or a hedgehog, nothing, then one night I run over a cat, in my own neighbourhood. I turned the corner and boom, dead before I knew what happened. I was so damn upset for days, only just gotten over it now

The cat I've had since I was a child died last year of old age 
Still love cats though. They're fairly independent, no need to exercise them, and they are more intelligent than most domestic breeds of dog (seriously, do golden retrievers have more brainpower than a brick? Didn't think so...), and making them run in circles with the help of a laser pointer is more hilarious than it ought to be. Plus cats are diabolically evil, and will continually plot your murder. And in the winter, they double as a heating blanket!

Yeah, seeing as I had a cat for 17 and a half years. Although it got allergic to it after 16 years :/ made it difficult to pet him.
Eh cats are ok... I have seen some that I kind of want to... well lets not go into that. But some of them are cool... I got a friend whos got a cat that knows EVERYTHING! (inside joke). It headbuts you if it like you... which is wierd and funny at the same time.
