Poll: Do you like multiplayer?

I like multiplayer in games that were geared for multiplayer.

I incredibly dislike multiplayer where the developers plonk the single player skins and the single player weapons into a Deathmatch and say 'GO!'

I need my multiplayer games to have objectives and ultimate team goals. "Get the highest score" isn't good enough for me. I don't get off on having the most kills, I get bored.

For me it has to be well done and executed multiplayer. Take Gears of War; it's good but not well excecuted as connection defines the winner rather than skill. Call of Duty 4 however is both well done and executed as skill is rewarded and it is a very fun game to play with friends.

I do however feel sorry for people without LIVE/PSN as the era of having matches against bots and mates next to you on the sofa has gone.
