Poll: Do you make the bed?

So, do you? Weird question I know, but it's my first topic and couldn't think of much else to ask you guys and girls.

Personally, I'll make my bed when I have the time, no one usually comes into my room except for me so it isn't that important. Always nice to have a neat bed though.

Edit: I added the girl/boyfriend option as well as only if they were just washed. Thanks for all the responses guys and girls!

I usually make the bed. I don't see much of a reason to leave it untidy, especially when it's hardly that difficult or time-consuming a thing to do.

Yeah, almost everyday. I prefer when i room is tidy, since i can occasionally be a big neat freak.

When I'm in the dorms, I make it when people are coming over. Simply because there is very little room in those dorms, and no one wants to sit on the same part of the bed I sleep on, heh. Also just looks nice.

Besides that though, it's an absolute waste of time. I have tons of better things to do than make something look nice so it can sit there doing nothing until I inevitably ruin it again at the end of the day. That's stupid.

Only when I clean my room. It never looks particularly untidy, as my duvet cover is the same colour as my sheets.

If people are coming over, I still don't make my bed.
My door is always closed, so the only way they would see my bed is if they opened my door.
I HATE having my door open!

I like my room messy, it just feels lived in.
A clean room makes me feel like I'm staying in a hotel room, I just feel uncomfortable.

Usually, yes. It's a habit instilled in me from an early age, and now I do it because I often lie on top of my bed anyway when reading or listening to music or revising or whatever, and it's uncomfortable if the sheets are all crumpled and whatnot under me...

I learned that from 4chan, so it just encouraged me to keep my bed the way it is unless I'm expecting guests...
