What is the purpose of making a bed if you are just going to ruin it again anyway? Pointless. Anyway, I have a housekeeper, so she does it occasionally.

i only do it when i know a friend of family member comes to my house
usually i go to friend's houses and i don't live near any relatives anymore for them to just "drop by" so no it takes time out of my day i could be doing like wondering if i should have sugar crisp or an egg

I do when I remember to. Sometimes I'm too tired in the morning to remember to do it. Of course, I'll make it just before I go to sleep. Weird, but to me, it's like tying your shoes and I want to get the bed ready for use... if that makes sense at all.

Not really, we both have to go to work and both like to sleep in. Making the bed is just one of those things that gets sacrificed due to time.

Nope. My bed is generally around head height so trying to get all the parts of it to go in the right place is just awkward and no-one notices if it's tidy or not anyway.

How.... how do you not?
It not only looks trashy, it's uncomfortable to sleep in.
Maybe I'm just vain, but I'd never bring a lady friend over with my bed in a mess. Or any friend for that matter.

I'll make it if I expect people coming over but really I don't see the point. I don't like neat beds, they feel uncomfortable to sleep in.

No, I don't really see the point, it's just going to get messed up anyway!

I move around so much in bed for some reason, I'll end up on the floor or with all of the sheets off the bed.

Nah, too lazy. The blanket(s) is/are normally on the floor when I wake up and I just throw it back on the bed after I wake up.

There is no real need to do so. You climb out and in every day. You probably make your bed for the same reason parents buy their infants diapars with motives on them: the kid doesn't really notice them and if they keep on staring at them, they are probably not right either. So short things short: it's only done because it might look better (for you?).

I do not. I have no use for such trivial displays of fastidiousness. The last time I made my bed was when my mom made me do it, and even then I didn't do a very good job. I might have lost the ability, which could be a problem at Army OCS in the future.
Hmmm...
I'll have to do something about that.

Rarely ever, and I usually go to bed in my clothes; I almost never go to sleep in pajamas. I see no reason to make my bed. After all, it is MY bed, and it doesn't affect my sleeping whether or not it is made.

Weird I always thought it was MORE comfortable to sleep in if the sheets were crumpled at the foot of the bed for 10-12 hours.

Maybe its because they end up being nearer the window and getting nice and cool...
