Only on 3 occasions:

1. Bad Company 2: Someone becomes my nemesis. That guy is dying. Even if it means losing the game.

2. Reach: If the guy kills me and I just so happen to kill him right back. Gotta love the voice over going "REVENGE"

3. Reach: If I get teabagged, that fucker is going down. And then will get teabagged even harder.

I usually don't pay enough attention to the little name above their head when I kill them, but if I notice that it was in fact a revenge kill I laugh at them through the TV!

Something like:
*ahem*

Bwahahaha! ... [small]ikillyoudead![/small]

If it's a good, clean kill, then no.
If it's a cheap kill, oh hell yeah.
MAG-guy get's me with a nice sniper shot/able to get the drop on me, I'm fine. I learn, and it doesn't happen again.
MAG - guy just starts spamming grenades/RPGs. I hunt him down, knife him, figure out his squad, find his squad's spawn, and give him fifteen second lives (and go after objective so it's not camping :) )
AC Brotherhood - hard to get a cheap kill, but if there is one...well...can't really do much about it.
Depends on the game, and the process by which I died.
Especially in New Super Mario Bros./LBP. My family goes down if they use me as a platform.

I don't specifically hunt people down if they kill me, but I do always take a lot of satifaction out of killing that one prick that had to snipe me when I spawned... er, you know. If I happen to find them.

All the time in Red Dead Redemption multiplayer.

If I'm just riding along minding my own business and someone shoots me, i will chase them across the entire continent and kill them again and again, until they get frustrated and leave the game
That's probably the only real time I can think of where I've been involved in revenge killing. I'm happy to leave people alone in free roam, but if you try to kill me, I'm going to return fire, and if you do end up killing me, I will hunt you down until you wish you'd never even thought of shooting at me.

Now if I do kill them at the first confrontation, I'll go back to what I was doing, and if I see that player coming back towards me then I will again go into hunt/kill mode. Go on, keep trying to get me. I dare you.

In other games not so much though, unless someone is up on the roofs somewhere sniping me and a bunch of other people, then I tend to make it my mission to sneak around and find another path to them so I can put an end to them. Not only is it mighty fine revenge, but it is indeed helpful to my entire team to get rid of the guy who was sniping us all.

It increases the fun to be on the hunt for a guy's blood after they've snipped you, gone to your body, and tea-bagged you on time for you to see it on your screen.

I just kill everybody...it gets you more points than spending 10 minutes killing one guy.

Yeah... it's a matter of honour. I mean, I don't like to think I do it, but chances are, if I have the choice between an easy kill of someone, or a chance to knock a few hp off the guy who killed me last, I'll almost always choose the guy who killed me last. HE MUST PAY! *rageragerage*

If they are continuously gunning for me when there are easier, more likely, targets; then yes. Seems like they just want to be a douche. Other then that, meh. Not usually.

If it's for the sniper rifle in multiplayer, hell yes. I love having the sniper rifle. When people take it from me, I get very sad... THEN I KILL THEM!!!

...

I also need to play a lot less of Halo Reach.

I do, usually. If I see other enemies along the way, I'll shoot them, but not chase them too far. It really depends on whether they annoyed me with the kill or not, though, whether I'll go after them specifically.

One thing I REALLY like doing is killing someone who's entrenched in an area, just camping on the armor/health/ammo/etc. stockpiles and killing anyone who comes near. I might get killed a dozen times, but if I get him out of his hidey-hole and back on the playing field, it's worth it to me.

You know how this works. Someone kills you and steals your sniper, you hunt them down and steal it back. Someone gets a cheap knife kill, you find them and return the favor. Will you go after a player who has just gotten the better of you? Does this decrease or increase the 'fun' of the game?
Depends, me and my friend had this thing where we'd generally just aim for each other when playing games. Fucking funny when you see two armys in between us and one's giving chase or in battlefield 1942 when I parachute melee him and what not when he's not suspecting.

This really enters into competitive play with friends, but its kinda revenge killing.

Naturally when you see an enemy in Team Fortress 2 with a big blue/red thingy above his head when nobody else has one, chances are you are going to ever so slightly adjust your aim towards said enemy and frag his ass!

And then Teabag him...but only if you're a prick.
