As a joke. I'd never actually do or say anything racist or sexist to anyone if I didn't know they'd be fine with it.
I'd say things to my friends, even making fun of them specifically, but they take no offense.

I think everyone automatically uses stereotypes up to some degree. For example, if someone is telling a story about his friend (unknown to you) in a far away country, the first thing that comes to your mind is the stereotype you know about the people in that country. After that first thought you may correct yourself (no, Jack, that's a stereotype, cut it out!) or your first imagination of the friend may change because you're provided with extra info about him, but that very first thought is still your very first thought.

Then i unleash hell, usually on americans. Usually after they stereotype the english only i do it better

For humor, yes. To be honest, stereotypes have to come from somewhere, so they are true to varying degrees. But you shouldn't ever use them to judge a person with that sort of evidence alone.

The answer would be no. I don't judge people based on sterotypes. However I do use steroytypes as jokes.
