Yes, every day. It's easier than digging into my pocket for my phone, especially this time of year when you have to fight the layers. It has a battery life of 2 years, as opposed to 20 hours. And it looks fancy as hell.
If I might make the suggestion, you might enjoy a good pocketwatch. Get a vintage or antique like a Waltham or an Elgin, and you can get the thing for probably under $200, and it will be as good, if not better, than any pocket watch made today (seriously, between 1880-1925 the American pocket watches were the best in the world). Then, when you want to check the time, you pull out the pocketwatch.persephone said:I used to wear a watch religiously, and was the kind of person who had to have it properly timed to the second. A lovely suggestion; thank you! I would, I'm sure, were I still in school, or if I worked. But the onset of my carpal tunnel coincided with a whole host of other problems from my immune system basically deciding it was tired of me being a functional human being, so I haven't needed to precisely track time in years. But if I ever get back in the game of life, that's probably exactly what I'll do.Robert B. Marks said:If I might make the suggestion, you might enjoy a good pocketwatch.
