Poll: EA or Activision?

EA came out with Dead Space...which was pretty good, but Activision came out with...DOOM 3 and Quake 4.

EA, it's come out with the better stuff that I've recently played (I've yet to play CoD4 so don't berate me for neglecting that).

Well, Activision totally fucked up Guitar Hero by giving it to what turned out to be the worst people possible for the job, and then caused Brutal Legend and Ghostbusters to be delayed and possibly even cancelled. EA have been a minor annoyance. EA is the lesser of two evils.

Wait, Activision delayed BL and Ghostbusters?! Oh, man, fuck them. EA all the way.

EA is a hard company to peg down as good or bad. Due to its massive size and large scape of IPs ranging from good (Battlefield, sim city) to the not so good (Madden).

I do not like them because I am forced to watch that stupid little EA intro thingy every time I play an EA game. Trivial I know.

Activision fused with Blizzard. Blizzard is one of the best game developers.. ever.. They haven't made a crappy game in over ten years (I know they definitly take their sweet time to make a game, but at least they live up to the hype)

Well, Take2 offered 3D Realms more money to finish the game early and 3D realms refused the money and said it'll be done when it's done. Also 3D Realms is a publisher and developer.

Off course they refused. They have nothing to show for it. 10 years later all 3d realms came up with was a trailer. Seriously, that is ALL they have.

And yes, 3D realms is the producer. There is no publisher, and there will never be a publisher because this game will never come out.

I really don't pay much caring as to which company made the game, I tend to focus more on the game itself.

They do have proof, they let a guy come by and film him playing it for his show. plus it took them 11 years to make Prey, it came out.

Yes they have, and they're dicks about everything. Remember Freecraft? The sued the hell out of them, even when they did change their name.
