Thank you. Didn't think it actually needed explanation, but I guess some people who haven't played ay TES barring Oblivion would know how it operated before.A magical teleport button is stupid. It's a lazy, immersion-killing cheat.
When people complain about fast travel, they complain about Oblivion's fast travel. They still want fast travel, but they want it to be like in Morrowind, where it was handled by magic and fixed transport routes, or in Daggerfall, where it was justified by means of travel with consequences and costs.
