I don't know about this, as others have said, it could be a font. If so, then no harm, no foul. If not, and that physical therapy company stole the logo of this gaming website, then I agree with the burning it to the ground proposal.

The real answer is that they are hardly in direct competition, and they arn't going to influence each others customers in any meaningful way, so no one is going to care. Especially since it is just a fancy looking E.

Perhaps, I could understand like an elaborate mascot being ripped off but just one letter just doesn't seem to serious. Last I checked you can't copyright a letter.
