One thing we do need to address is that alcohol induced blackouts are not a loss of consciousness, but a loss in ability to create new memories. Loss of consciousness directly from alcohol intoxication would probably indicate a medical emergency.

I have been completely knocked out twice, once I was totally unconscious was when I was wake surfing (surfing using the wake of the boat), fell and hit the boat and was unconscious face first in the water for a couple of seconds.

The second time was during Rugby tryouts for high school. I went for a tackle and took a face full of shoulder when we were both going close to full speed then was knocked out.

I do MMA and related martial arts, and I have only been close to being knocked out from that, never completely but I have seen people choked out and knocked out during practice.

I lose consciousness once a day, which really says something about my humanity. But as far as being knocked out by extraneous means, no, I have never.

When I was 8 or 9, I was riding my bike(had just learned how) and saw some older kids jumpimg a speed bump. I thought I would do the same and hit that sucker as fast as I could. That lil decision sent me flying in the air and into the grass(thankfully missing the sidewalk and street). I woke up with my dad looking down at me, asking if I could move/feel everything. Yay..

About six months ago, I got really sick. I was in the kitchen(don't remember why) and collapsed. I woke up with my three cats sitting around my head, staring at me. o_O It was kinda creepy.

Yeah, I've fainted a couple times for absolutely no discernible reason. Once I knocked the toilet paper holder of its wall. It didn't even hurt.

Honestly, it has always been at times when I'm not under duress, drugs, nor violence. Short of temporary psychosis, I cannot fathom why this happens to me.

When I was nine I fell out of a tree and broke my arm in half. Hit my head and awoke to a group of people staring down upon me.

Later on that day I was anesthetized and my broken arm was reset making my total: 2.

Well kinda 2 times, you judge
A bunch of my friends were at my house and I had a really bad headache so I took two pain relievers (mite a been tylenol, dont remember). About an hour later I was feeling really sluggish and I went and checked the bottle. They were pain/sleep pills. I went back out to my living room and my friend started talking to me and things got fuzzy... apparently I fell on him :p
The other time was this
I was laying across the couch, taking up all the spots (yes it was on purpose) and my friend sat on my face/upper chest... That wasn't pleasant

I had a seisure once and I wasn't conscious for that. It's weird; I remember my vision going fuzzy and then the sensation of being pulled back, and I also don't remember a lot from immediately after I regained consciousness, but mostly it was just like being asleep.

I think I lost consciousness once back in primary school after an enormous blokes three or four years above me (Very well built too) accidentally ran into me. I remember him hitting me, then everything going black, then coming to and having him holding my head up with a crowd around us.

Well. The first time was just at the doctor's office with a needle. The SECOND time was the interesting one.
I was in class and my friend told me to listen to this music thingamajig called "iDoser". Suppose to be some audio high or something. You are suppose to pay for certain sound waves that mess with your brain waves or something and it replicates moods. I was very skeptical about all of it, so I listened to a free one called "Happy". I stopped a minute and a half in because I was bored and just went about my business. About five minutes later I start feeling kinda dizzy, so I lay my head down on my desk. Next thing I know, my name is being shouted from all around and I am being pulled up from lying flat on my back on the ground. I had no idea what just happened. It was insane. The doctor says it was not due to the music. Still. It's too weird to be a coincidence.

Can't say I have. I'm terrified unconcious for the same really I'm don't do drugs or drink excessivly. I don't like the thought of being out of my mind. To not be "all there". I don't want to mess with my perceptions of reality.

Of course, I WAS put to sleep to get my wisdom teeth out. This was 4 months ago and I started going into shock after they put the needle in. I remember panicing and I was starting to shake, but then I woke up with a mouth full of blood and Gauze.

I also go out like a burned out lightbulb whenever I puke.

got concussed whilst playing some lunch time rugby about 6-7 years ago, not sure if its the same thing, but i only remember bits and pieces of that day, dont remember the actual game either. Also the doctor asked me to touch my nose, took me about 2 mins to do that after i tried to touch hers.

I had my first epileptic seizure a few weeks ago that rendered me unconscious. It was two songs into a concert I was psyched to see, but their dueling strobe lights triggered something... Had amnesia for a few moments after they revived me and helped me up out of the basement and pulled me outside.
