I can top both of you. I live in South Carolina, and not on of the cool parts like Charleston. Oh no no, I live in one of the poor parts. One of the REALLY POOR PARTS!! Think inner city poor without the social structure provided by street gangs. Oh wait, we have those too. Hmmm.... Okay try to imagine a poor rural area with street gangs and 2 cops.
