Poll: Facebook hate?

Do any of you currently hate or know why so many people dislike Facebook and other social networking sites? I really can't seem to understand where all this hate comes from for it.

I don't get why there's hate for it. If it doesn't appeal to you then don't bother having an account on it. Simple.

I personally don't really like or dislike it, just find it useful and convenient as a social events planner, or just a free way of saying hi to someone you don't see in person often.

How is Facebook stalkerish? Only the people u add as friends can see your info, not even friends of your friends.

As for Facebook, I have an account, but rarely use it. My 'friends' list is full of people who I know, but don't talk to, as I sure many other people's are.

Um, no it's not. At least on Facebook u can only look at info about your friends or people u add, not on Myspace where u can look at info about friends of your friends of your friends.
