Fallout 2: The game where every single encounter could be your death. I wasn't that much of a fan of that but it's also the game where you can do pretty much what you want roleplaying wise.
I was too weak to beat the slavers one on one so I talked my way into the premises, locked the rest of the guards out, seduced their leader, murdered him on the spot, and sniped several waves of guards from the window in their former employer's bedroom.
But of course you could also join the slavers, sell your party members to the slavers, bribe them... just about anything. And that was back in 1998. I wish I would have been able to play it back then.
