I also like Luxray. Does that make me a 4th gen n00b? Well, considering I've been participating in the metagame since Silver, I dunno really.

I've been picking Flareon since back in the original Red for regular Game Boy.

Back in the days when water beat fire, plant beat water, and Charizard beat EVERYTHING. lol

Except for blastoise.

Anyway, Umbreon or Jolteon. I stopped paying attention after Gold/Silver. Partly because I never got a gameboy advance. Partly because they were crap.

No really. In the first edition of Pokemon he was so strong he could easily kill a blastois that was a few levels above him. He was fuckin invincible.

Yeah, like I was saying above, Arcanine was miles better in my opinion, same with Charmeleon and....um...I'm not even going to say magmar because I never liked him one bit, but you're right, there were hardly any fire types, what was up with that?

Actually I didn't even use eevee when I used the fire starter pokemon but when I felt like playing the game differently I'd make it Flareon because I honestly hate arcanine for purely arbitrary reasons lol

Heh, I loved him because I thought he was one of the few decent fire pokemon in the game. Reflect once and you have a flaming god.

Charizard made me sad, weak against 4 types and doubly weak against one? *shakes head*

If I'm up for some masochism, I'll go for Flareon if I play it again (which I might, my friend actually had the gall to say he was better than me at pokemon, and I know he isn't better than me at anything but the Mortal Kombat 3-D iterations, but then I'll probably still use Arcanine).

"Lampeon"?-that would be epic

"Brickeon"?-A rock type

Ahh I remember when Jolteon was the shiznit as far as Lightning types went, beat Zapdos and the "classic" Pikachu cold.

Mine has got to be Espeon. I just think that it is the sleekest evolution plus it is a big plus that it is psychic since Espeon is the only psychic pokemon I like. Furthermore I really liked the ridiculously specific requirements in order to get Eevee to evolve to Espeon. Oh and I also had a toy of him/her so Espeon will always be my favorite.

Mine would be Flareon, hands (paws?) down.

It looked almost regal, compared to the other evolutions, although it didn't have a great move set. However, to be honest, I don't think the "Eeveelutions" really were there for moves.

Also, I liked Jolteon, but preffered Flareon in general.

Blegh to the newer evolutions, they suck.

Oh, and the last Pokemon game I played would be Pearl.

The last Pokemon game I played was probably Ruby or Sapphire, I've been out of it for quite a while. I was a huge fan of the original games and the first few anime series, but then got bored of it, reckoned it was too kiddy. I've never been a big anime fan to be honest, although I watched a couple as a kid. However, I'm definitely going to start watching Elven Lied and Hellsing, they seem to be the only animes that are attracting me now.

As for the topic, I chose Flareon, simply because I have a very fiery soul myself so I can definitely relate to anyone who uses a Flareon in battle . Fire has always fascinated me, to be completely honest...
