Poll: Favorite Team Fortress 2 class? why?

Used to be Engineer, but I've been doing really, really well as Pyro lately, especially since I figured out how to use the airblast and the shotgun effectively instead of just the flamethrower. Still working on figuring out how to use melee weapons effectively.

Plus, the Pyro is even more enigmatic than the Spy, and I love his/her air guitar taunt with the axe.

That's odd, Demo and Scout are my two favourite. This has been done before, by the way, I think Engi was gone last time.

Another reason to go Heavy: The amount of crying you did over pyros W+M1-ing your team will be INVERSED when you switch to Natascha. And you thought Scouts depended on speed...

I usually play Sniper, unless there already is one doing a decent job.
I'm quite good at headshotting Scouts, weirdly enough. They love to mic-spam obscenities at me between games.

Other than that? Demoman, Scout and sometimes Soldier.

Heavy. I started playing him because nobody on my team would go Heavy when we needed one. I love Heavy ambushing people at close range. Nobody enters vents expecting to meet a Heavy with a spun-up Sasha. The Sandvich is an awesome sidegrade, too.

Oh, and I also like Engie and Medic. Again, these are classes I play if we don't have enough of them.

Favorite would have to be Scout but Heavy, Spy, and Engie are favorites as well.

My best class is heavy by FAR though. I get far more consistant good K/D's as the heavy. My favorite match was one time on payload defense I swear at the beginning there was a spy and a couple snipers and by the end there were 3 spies and god knows how many snipers.

I can only hope that my TF2 is magically working again come the engy update... "HL2.exe is not responding"... Having that trouble for months now...

Pyro,as In the grand Scale of Gamers these 9 play TF2.
Strategists(,Spy,Sniper,Engineer) who tends to overthink things and die.
Berserkers(Heavys,Soldiers,Demoman) who tend to spew their ammo at anything fleshy.
Aimmen(Snipers,Engineers,Pyros,Medics) tend to have awful aim,so need a wider radius,more precision,or someone else all together
Teamhelpers(Engineers,Medics) guard the base and the soldiers at the cost of their points.
Sneakers(Scouts,Pyros,Spys) who like to get around fast and kill without dying.
Shields(Heavys,Medics,Soldiers) who take one or 52 for the team.
Rushers(Scouts,Soldiers,Demomans) who move full speed guns a blazin
Ambushers(Spys,Engineers,Pyros) who take the time to wait and attack at the last second.
Suicidemen(Me,Pyro) Who use their lives to clear a BIG path to the base.

I'd either be a spy or i sniper if i played.

I like either killing people before they can even say "Does that spec over there look like a sniper?"

Or sneaking around and stabbing people in ze back.

I've managed to combine these in call of duty, because once you throw on a ghillie, coldblooded and ninja, go prone and don't move at all, you turn invisible.

I play plenty of classes pretty evenly, depending on the situation, but my favorite might be the Engineer, because he obliterates Scouts.

No matter how many threads I see of the Fav class, not one had Demoman.

Yep. And maybe the fact that I've played as it for over 100 hours compared to my second most played class, Scout, with about 6 hours.

The heavy of course.
A good heavy, can steamroll half the team. And this I have done!

And boxing heavy is so much fun. Sneak around with my boxing gloves out, and killing people.
Popping out of a hiding place, punching the weakest guy in a group of people, eheheh, critical boxing gloves kill everyone else in one hit, except other heavies, and soldiers at full health.

Pyro, because a) I get to set people on fire, and b)...um... no, that's pretty much it. Plus it's the class I seem to be best at.
