I drink stouts or red beers, when I'm not already drinking my whiskey. No coke please, I drink it straight like a man.

Heineken, draught. Guinness if I'm in an establishment were it actually tates nice, rather than bogwater which has been laying in the pipes for weeks.

After that, I migrate to Jack with a dribble of Coke.

Alcopops and cider are too sweet, make one sick.

I drink alcohol I'm not fussy, after enough it's all the same anyway... And I get to go on an adventure to find snacks!

As far as things I actually enjoy, the only ones I can think of are a handful of beers, like some wheat beers or Belgians if I'm lucky enough to find them. I also respect the heaviest stouts. All others, especially mass produced American shit or IPAs, are worthless in my book.

If beer I like isn't available and I just want to be drunk, I just go with an unhealthy number of of Jack and cokes or shots of whatever's nearby.

Guinness
Unibroue - La Fin Du Monde
Stone Brew - Oaked Arrogant Bastard Ale
Magner's and Wyder's Hard Cider (Pear and Raspberry)
Widmer Hefeweizen, with a lovely round orange slice floating on top

Though, I've been losing my taste for beers, ales, lagers, and ciders as of late.

I'll probably be having one or two harder drinks like I used to and call it a night when I feel the warmth spreading. Spiced Rum and Dr.Pepper (or just regular rum and Coca-Cola), vodka (Grey Goose or Rain Organics) cut with lemon/lime soda and a splash of juice. Or perhaps a nice Long Island Iced Tea. Except on Holidays, we have whiskey on the rocks (whiskey stones) with dinner; Bush Mills or Tullamore Dew.

I am mainly a beer drinker, whether it's lagers or ales, I really like beer. My personal favorites are Innis & Gunn, (Scottish beer aged in whisky casks, oh God it's good) Leffe, and Moose Head.

Aside from beer I like cider, white wine, and Mead. (though I've only tried it a couple of times.)

And a specific shout because Captain Jack Sparrow lied to me about it, I hate rum.

Generally "All of the Above"; though I am pleased to say I'm not entirely sure what "Premixed" is. I put down cider just because... some decent stuff has been on offer recently. I drink beer when whatever pub I'm at offers something decent. I drink wine when someone who knows more about it than me is buying. And Jaeger when my goal is to end up horizontal but at least partially conscious.

Kind of the same. But mostly I drink milk and water. There is no moral reason I don't drink alcohol, I just don't do it. Also can I point out the tilde is misleading?

Every drink has its place and moment in time, except pre-mixed. Pre-mixed is bad style, sad and a sin.

Due to the weather lately, we temporarily changed from Guiness, Hoegaarden, Bombay's, Tanqueray and everything else to this:

Assembly so far included self made ginger ale, 7-up, strawberries, cucumbers, mint leaves, oranges, limes, lemons and plenty of ice. Truly a magic potion, it even makes frothing climate changes alarmists bearable.

anything will go down my throat... at the right price(in other words, hit me i'm slavic), but if money was not the factor, then i would go for long drinks, or ciders

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that "spirits" probably means something other than [a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RVJasuJv5Ec&t=1m57s"]what I'm thinking of.[/a]

Suffice to say I'm a tea and soda man myself.

Not gonna lie, that was pretty trippy.

Spirits are distilled alcoholic drinks that contain at least 20% alcohol. Examples of spirits are liquors, vodka, whiskeys and most other drinks that aren't wine, beer or cider.

EDIT: Just realised that I put 'spirits' and 'whiskey' in the poll. Then again, whiskey is so popular I kinda deserves its own option.

On the rare occasions I do drink, I make up my own cocktails with spirits or drink premixed, i don't drink that much so I haven't really acquired a taste for alcohol

I drink a lot of beer and my favourite has got to be Theakstons Old Peculier. I've drunk a lot of real ales in my life and that is the best.

Lately though I find myself drinking lots of red wine because it is easier to carry and I'm lazy. Generally I like merlots because I like a flavour with some hair on its balls.
