Well Quick-draw McGraw duh. He's got a 6 shooter.
Sorry Babalouie, 30/30 wins that fight with an energy rifle...Quick Draw's six shooter doesn't even have a name, unlike Sarah Jane.

EDIT: Changed my mind. Father Ted and Father Dougal's "My Lovely Horse" is the best horse...
...much better than Jedward.
Thank you so much for reminding me of this! I shall be smiling all day now! This should have been a Eurovision entry for sure.

Aww, no Shadowfax?

My vote goes to Sleipnir anyway. His father was one of the strongest stallions to ever live, and his mother was the god Loki. That alone makes him badass.

Another vote for the Discworld Death's horse; Binky.

It doesn't really matter what else there is because Binky is not subject to silly things like time and space.

Id say its a toss up between Rainbow Dash and Shadowmere.
Shadowmere because she's technically invincible + immortal, and Rainbow Dash because she can violently rape the laws of physics. One video I watched a while back explained that in order to make the visible light spectrum her ***** when she Sonic Rainbooms, she would need to be travelling at a speed where she could destroy the shit out of anything she hits

Other, namely one of the Four Horses of the Apocalypse:

War, an immortal horse that immolates all in it's wake has got to be a favourite in a Horse Battle Royale, perhaps being equal with Death who, whilst not being able to set things on fire, is also immortal and makes heads explode by it's mere presence:

Even the less spectacular Horses of the Apocalypse, Famine and Pestilence, would still be odds on favourite due to their immortal, Apocalyptic nature:

However you really wouldn't want any of them taking part in this Horse Battle Royale, as their presence in the contest would seem to suggest that there are more pressing issues at hand than a mere hardest horse competition...
Hm, I had considered them (or one of them), but then I remembered that it's the Four HorseMEN of the Apocalypse. The special powers reside in the scary dudes riding the horses, not the horses themselves (though I'm sure the horses are still badass by horse standards). Still, this is pure horse mayhem, no riders allowed.

There's also the fact that Pestilence is not a real Horse of the apocalypse: Conquest is. While plagues were mentioned in the bible as coming from one of the Horsemen, they came from Death.
In Red Dead Redemption, it's the horses, not their rider, that has the powers, which is why I specifically chose the horses from that game (rather than generic Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse).

That's also the reason Pestilence is featured instead of Conquest, it's a specific Horse of the Apocalypse from a specific work of fiction, not the Biblical Horseman.

Hmm, I guess. But while the RDR Horses are badass with cool powers, I still feel iffy on including them because they're based on four OTHER fictional horses, and I try not to include adaptations of things when the originals already fit the bill. But as you say, the originals were horseMEN, and the RDR ones are just horses, so I guess they fit better than the originals.

AND HOW AM I STILL THE ONLY ONE WHO VOTED FOR LASTY?! Come on! He's the underdog, the other horses would probably ignore him... AT THEIR OWN PERIL!

Rainbow Dash beats everything, why? Because of this:

I'm pretty sure there's no other horse on that list that can willingly summon a freaking nuke!
I thought of Rainbow Dash the moment I saw this thread. Funny how she was the only one from Equestria who was even included in the poll. One would think Celestia herself might warrant a mention.

(I would still have voted for Dash, though!)
