Poll: Girls (or guys), Beard or baby face?

I ask you the question. Beard or clean shaven? Recently i grew a beard, looked alright i might add, but noticed the severe lack of female interest, be it at uni or out at night. I have recently shaven and the opinion seems to be that clean shaven is the way to go.

What do you think?
I want to know your opinion on guys with facial hair.

gonna have to say that it depends on a few things

the guy's face, some are better with beards
the amount of facial hair, teenagers should NOT grow beards unless they can
the style, some types of beards look better on guys than others

and i think it will depend on if a woman likes a beard too, some women hate facial hair on men and some love it and to some it doesn't matter

I'd second most of this. Another point I'd make would be that most women I know hate the kind of beard that's obviously very well kept. Just seems a bit too feminine... (and yes I get the irony of that statement)

see i agree with that. the thing is i'd get my male buddies saying it looks cool. but then most of my female fiends would ask me when i was shaving it off! Only one was indifferent, saying i look good either way (bonus!).

i had a goatee before, i'd get asked when i was shaving it off but also got told not to by some

as for asking for when to shave it, it's fun to razz friends, i always do it when guys decide to grow a beard

I like beards, assuming it is a beard and not some scraggy fluff. Beardy is the way to go.

Right on, my bearded brotha! I usually sport a beard as well. I look a lot better with facial hair of some kind, and shaving is just such a chore.

I think, a little bit (well a bit more then a little bit) of stubble is cool. But woman should never have facial hair, hell I prefer girls to have very little hair below the lower eyelid.

I generally have facial hair, if only because I'm always forgetting to shave, so I'd say I'm in favor of it because if I wasn't I'd have to find my razor. And I'm way too lazy to do that.

I've had a goatee for around 6 years now and I can't picture myself without it. Now I'm afraid if I shave it off I'll have a big pale spot where it used to be. Also, I find that a little stubble really accentuates the jawline in the right light.

I voted pro-beard, but I think an indifferent option would be preferable. I like beards in general, but if I fancy a guy it makes no difference.

Base whether you like it on your personal choice, ignore all the good comments from your guy friends and bad comments from your girl friends, DO IT FOR YOURSELF!
I personally love the little chin strap I grew.. i'm like 17 but look way older with it, its very subtle and awesome, some of my girl friends say that it doesn't look bad, but that I'd look better without it, and my guy friends all think its bad-ass.
I myself like it, and no matter what anyone tells me IMA KEEP IT THAT WAY.

I've got a viking-style beard. Was once a full beard, but my girlfriend complained so I shaved it down to a goatee. Now it's long enough that she can braid it. She likes it, and I don't really have to do anything to it. Win for me, win for her. I can braid it down to the top of my chest.

Now take into account that it's a deep red, and my hair goes down to the middle of my back. I'm about 6 foot 1, roughly 230 lbs, and in great shape.
