Not on the Escapist, not anywhere else (except Twitter, where I now use my real name). I've been Kakulukia pretty much everywhere since 2003, but the reference is getting kind of old, so I might change it somewhere down the line.

I've been Candidus or Candid for a long time. I'd rather forgo a community altogether than sign up under another name, so it goes without saying I'd never change.

I had no idea you could change your name, but thanks to this tread, I just have.
For well over a year now, I used to be known as "Stekepanne5" (not that I was "known", it's just a figure of speech). I've been unhappy with the name for months, and as I slowly started using GrimGrimoire/GreatGrimoire in games and on other websites, I thought it was time to change.

Now on to changing my SEN/PSN name.

When I first joined the site, I briefly operated under the guise of "seminoob22".

I grew tired of pretending to be the average layperson, and decided to reveal my true self to the world.

I kind of wish I could change my identity entirely on here, I would make myself ridiculous.

Yes for a fact. When I joined I was known as "shaun1788" since it was my default user name a while ago. Now I am known as "StormShaun" just because it feels more personalized for my uses.

Also it sounds much more better then my other one. :D

Nope,
I intend to stay Shinsei-J forever.
Well maybe if they do some inactive account purging I might go to just "Shinsei"
but it will be hard because I've gotten quite attatched to the J.

Wait... you can change your username? I rushed making my account and didn't really put any thought into my name because I just wanted to respond to a forum topic. Wakikifudge was just a random think up something ridiculous on the spot kind of name.

TIME FOR A CHANGE!

Edit: Behold! I am now RedDeadFred!

But who's ever heard... of a psychic taco?

I don't even know what I would change it too, since I'm now the new taco guy (I think. Please don't beat me with anti-stupid pill stuffed swordfishes if I'm wrong! D:)
NEVER CHANGE YOUR NAME!!!!

I haven't because since around 2008 when I made it my Xbox live Gamertag, I just kind of stuck with it. I love it enough and haven't grown tired of it, and I don't see myself doing so anytime soon.

Nope. If I were to change it, it'd only be to add capitalization and to get rid of the underscore since I now know you can have spaces in your Escapist username which I didn't when I first signed up.

I changed mine TO a user name from my real name which is what was auto-entered when I first came here and "signed in with Facebook" and I wasn't really keen on that being all over this site.

I have. When I first joined the Escapist, my username was "RocketPocket."

To this day, I have no idea what was going through my head when I decided on that username. Naturally, when James Cameron's Avatar came out in theaters, I liked the movie so much I changed my username.

I find it rolls off the tongue rather nicely.
Odd bit of curiosity, do you pronounce it Zee of the Na'vi or Zed of the Na'vi.

OT: I've always been Dragmire but when I joined I didn't capitalize it for some reason, I fixed that later. I added the hyphens to both sides of my name because it looks like an arrow going through it when quoted.

Well, I pronounce it Zee of the Na'vi, but I know that the letter "Z" is pronounced differently in other areas of the world. "Z" also happens to be the first letter of my first name, Zach, and coupled with "of the Na'vi," I figured it had a nice ring to it at the time.

Mine used to be Sci-Fi Luver437 because my school advised me to have different names on different accounts. To help with my sense of internet identity, I changed mine to Nouw.

I've changed it here once, yeah. Not gonna tell you what it was though. Although someone will probably quote me to say "Oh, you used to be so and so." :p

I just changed mine now, from Spartan1362 (an old old username I used to use) to Arakasi, the spymaster from the Empire series.
