wth Salad is the shit its one of the most versatile things you can prepare, its up there with pizza, burritos, tacos and sandwiches. Alot of guys eat salad I myself like a chef or taco salad every now and then. I wish I was able to eat salad more often I can eat a lot of it and it won't really effect my weight.

OT: Yes its fine for a man to eat a salad. I eat a salad sometimes when its paired with something else. I think the problem comes when a man goes to dinner with a girl and he only orders a salad the woman will think one of two things. One she may think is that you're being cheap and want to spend the least amount of money on a dinner with her, even if that mean sacrificing a hearty meal. Secondly she may think that you're trying to watch your weight, not that there is anything wrong with that, it just makes you look like all you care about is how someone looks.
