I enjoy a good salad, however my girlfriend tells me It's weird and not masculine, It's been going on for a while now, so once and for all help us decide!

if you ever have to question if something is manly or not then you have immediatly failed and lost ur man card

You kidding me?! Depending on how you make them, salads can be like an orgy of bread, bacon, cheese and orgasmic dressing (and maybe a couple of veggies thrown in there).

I guess regularly eating those small, hard-to-pronounce, un-croutoned/cheesed salads wouldn't be the manliest thing to do, but that pales in comparison to monstrous food orgies of cheese, veggie and bacon.

Is that even a serious question? Salad isn't feminine or masculine... it's nutritious (depending what you mix into it) and delicious; a good way to get those vegetables (and possibly fruits) in your diet. Tell your girlfriend to learn about nutrition.
