Poll: How bad do you procrastinate.

I'm currently working on a presentation I have to do on Monday.

I'm of the mentality that if I get it done ASAP, I'll have more time for fun without any outside stress.

I procrastinate because I've gotten into the habit of procrastinating. I never used to, but ever since I started to do it, and leave things to the very last second, I've always landed on my feet. I've always been okay when procrastinating, and now I do it all the time, and it's ruining me!

Well, I had all semester to work on a research paper. I just started working on it this week, it is also the first time I have looked in my books for it. It is due tomorrow. Luckily I am more than half way done already with it. I also need to finish revising another essay for English, as well as start yet another research paper. So I guess you can say I procrastinate a bit.

I have a two page single spaced paper due in about 5 hours. I have a half page done only because we had to write a smaller paper about this exact same topic in another class.

I had to do about 50 or so Calculus problems and it was due Monday. I had around a month to do it. I waited until Sunday, finished at 12:00 AM and still got 100% on it. I'v gotten really good at procrastinating in math, but English just fucking kills me. Also I'm supposed to leave for class in about 5 min but instead, I'm on the internet posting about how I'm supposed to be leaving in 5 min.

I'm 50/50 on procrastinating. Half the time, the subject interests me enough that I will go out and do it on my own just because its interesting or really easy. For example, My data structures assignment was finished the day the teacher handed the assignment out, before she even gave some of the tools that were "necessary" in being able to complete the assignment.
The other half the time, I am a horrible procrastinator. Me and my friend have been working on a computer organization and architecture project (was assigned 2 weeks ago), and neither of us have really had much motivation to work on it until monday, and neither of us really understand the material well enough to do it quickly. So we are essentially learning an entire class-worth of material in 2 days.

Please, you guys aren't true procrastinators. You're able to finish all of it the day before. I wait until the day before, then fail to finish it because I was too distracted.

one time i had to right a 30ish page novel for english in 8th grade, we had months to do it, did it in 3 nights. ya, and got a good grade on it me a major procrastinater, i need to something to um distract me from my school work kk.

I wrote once wrote a paper we were given months of time for in one single night. The paper should have been eight to twelve pages long. Turns out -- thanks to accidentally choosing the wrong line distance -- I actually wrote twenty. Yes, in a single night.
And guess what: If I hadn't wrote too much, I would have gotten an A! But this way, I only got a B.

I can only work efficiently under immense pressure, I am too lazy otherwise...

I am a terrible procrastinator. Most of the time I put things off until the last minute, only very rarely do I take care of my assignments well in advance. In fact I failed 2 classes out of 4 during my first year of college because I procrastinated that badly.

I have gotten better.

I just practically winged my college exams... I had all my study material with me everyday! I even spread it all over my room!
I meant to study! I really did! le sigh...

Ohhhh, boy. I procrastinate so much, I could qualify as having a learning disorder. I will frequently put off projects and essays and stuff so long that I end up just flat friggin' not doing them. And I'll feel intense anxiety the whole time, too, that's the worst part. "Oh god, I have to get this done, it'd due in 14 hours. And the Internet has never been more interesting!"
I am a teeeeerrrrrrribad student.

Ah...and straight As in English. Pity it's useless, and the only thing I get anything better than a B- in...
