Pretty much exactly what it says on the tin, so please escapist, tell me how do you hang your toilet paper, over or under?

Over, as if the the roll was offering me a piece of itself.

Anything else is barbaric, and the sign of a diseased mind.

Always, always over. It's so easy to break off that way. How could you have it any other way? It's so illogical.

Over...always over.

If I see someone has put it the other way round I will take it off and put it on the CORRECT way :p

I know I am of the unpopular opinion, but I find it much, much easier to break off from under. Much easier leverage against the roll as you pull towards you - certainly much easier when doing it one handed!

I used to change it around if I saw someone had put it over because I honestly thought that under was the universal truth. Since then I've discovered that more people like it over, although I honestly still can't understand why.

Over since it slightly more closer toward you. Beside having it under, there is a chance you hit your hand on the wall thus prolong your need of the toliet paper if you're in a hurry!

I think I can resolve this issue quite tactfully:

Thank you, Hejibits.

I am so passionate about this subject that I literally just made a diagram for this thread.

The RIGHT way, duh....

For any of you "under-heathens", it's because if you want more than one little snippet of toilet-paper, having it under is a hassle. And I don't know what you people do at the toilet, but I have no problems using both of my hands to take paper, even though I can with only one.

I learnt that over is the proper way, from an episode of fosters home for imaginary friends.

Whatever way it happens to be when I get there. As long as my business gets done. xD I know my family has a preference, and I know whatever way I put it on at the time of re-filling I'm always wrong.

Where's the third option?

I never put it on the hanger 'cause I'm such a fricking rebel?

Under, because that is the way I like it and it is easier for me. I can understand how some people would like it over, for front rolled as we call it, but I don't care for it that way.

Well it looks like someone just officially won the thread.
I giggled all too much at that, so thank you very much sir for the laugh.

OT:

Over, I mean ... after all these years of hanging the toilet paper over, it would just feel weird putting it under.
Other then that we can make debates about whatever way we do it ... it's a habit.
