I love any meat either done or half done. I don't know how you call it in the US, UK or Australia but in Quebec it's: Medium-saignant. There nothing like a still juicing steak! Man, i'm getting hungry now.

I'm a bit weird on this, I like my bacon light. Just enough so that the edges brown and become rubbery while keeping that salty buttery bacon flavor. I cant stand crispy and I dont understand people who like their food burnt.

my favorite way of eating bacon is wrapping it around chicken fillet and frying it in honey. Find some nice veggies and have red wine sauce with it. YUM!!

Bacon with nothing is also a great dish, so is Club Sandwich.

And pancakes (not the thick kind) with icecream is awesome too!
